What is a Simultaneous Call?
3CX phone system is licensed by Edition and Simultaneous Calls. Any external or internal call is counted in the SC count. Example: Marty in accounting is speaking with a vendor (1SC) while Susie and Mark are on an internal call (1SC). Combined, we are using two simultaneous calls. If the phone system is licensed for four simultaneous calls, we will still be able to place OR receive two additional calls.
