Hosted in our secure and robust hosting environment we manage every aspect of your 3CX Phone System. The hosted environment is fully managed by our internal staff so we can quickly respond to and resolve any issues.

You get the same 3CX Phone System

Our Hosted 3CX Phone System has all of the same features and capability as an on-premise install, it’s just hosted in our data center and all core functions are managed internally by us. You have the option to lease the 3CX license from us, purchase your own 3CX license, or even bring the license with you.

Your 3CX install will follow internally developed best practices and we include one uptime monitor with every instance, this way you know if there is a connectivity issue with your phone system. We also perform and manage daily backups and snapshots. If your system has 16 or fewer simultaneous calls we send you an SBC device at no charge. This simplifies connecting your phones at your office to your PBX.

Bring your own SIP Trunk

Even with our hosted phone system, we think you should be in control of your telecom costs. 3CX is licensed by the simultaneous call so why should you pay per user and for minutes you might not need. We recommend Twilio Elastic SIP Trunks, but you are welcome to bring any supported SIP Trunk provider and we will perform the setup.

Bring your own phones

If you already have IP Phones and just want us to host the phone system, that’s OK with us. Just send support a list of equipment you want to use so we can verify compatibility ahead of time. You can also find a list of “supported” devices HERE, but don’t let the list of supported devices get you down if you don’t see your equipment listed. We might still be able to use your equipment even if it’s not listed. If you need phones, we have a bunch to choose from here.
