Yeastar Transferring a call

There are two ways to transfer a call to another extension. The first method is known as an unattended or blind transfer and the second method is known as an attended transfer.

Immediately transfer a call with the caller on hold (Blind Transfer)

1. Place the caller on hold by pressing the top Hold button or HOLD on the right keypad
2. Press the top Transfer button on TRAN on the right keypad
3. Hand up the phone and the call will be transferred

Announce the call before transferring (Attended Transfer)

1. Place the caller on hold by pressing the top Hold button or HOLD on the right keypad
2. Press the top New Call button
3. Dial the desired extension and announce the call
4. If you are going to transfer the call hand up and press resume
5. Press the top Transfer button or TRAN on the right keypad to transfer the call
6. Hang up
